Following rules and regulation

• Smoking, Taking of Drugs, and Alcohol will not be permitted within the campus. One shall not enter the campus in abnormal or intoxicated conditions.
• A resident shall not use their room or campus for political, immoral, or illegal purposes, and if there is any complaint or information to that effect, the decision of the Management in the matter will be final. Each resident of the Home shall not do or indulge in any such activity as may cause annoyance and genuine inconvenience to others.
• All residents should take Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner in the dining room at the specified time to be displayed on the notice board. It will be self self-service arrangement.
• The Main Gate of the Home remain closed from 7 pm to 5 am. Special permission will be necessary from the Management to go out or to come in within this period.
• Visiting Hours for the outsider will be from 9 am to 11 am and 5 pm to 7 pm.
• Wake up in the morning and go to bed at the specified time, and this will be notified and displayed on the notice board.
• One shall not bring any outsider to stay with residents, relatives, or any other person known to residents; they have no right to interfere with the activities of the Home.
• One can leave the Home permanently or temporarily with due permission of the Management. In all such cases, the key to the room should be given to the warden or official.
• One is not to damage any part of the Home or Building or any furniture, etc.
• Residents are maintaining the cleanliness inside the bathrooms, toilets, and on the campus.
• Drying of clothes should be inside the room or in the specified place. Washing of clothes should also be done inside the specified place.
• All the rubbish must be thrown into the dustbin.
• One can go for social activities and or lawful business outside the campus with due permission of the Management.
• Acceptance or rejection of any application will be done by the Samity only this will be final and binding.
• Any resident can give suggestions for improvement of the running Home, but the decision of Sri Sri Ramkrishna Samity will be final and binding.
• (a) In special circumstances, some changes may be levied for special services. (b) Use of any additional appliances such as an Air Conditioner, Geyser, etc, requires prior permission from the Management may levy additional charges.
• A deposit or subscription may be required from all residents to meet unexpected and or necessary expenses.
• All payments must be made into the Bank Account of “Sri Sri Ramkrishna Samity A/c Old Age Home”
• There will be a medical check-up for each applicant before admission, and the applicant is to bear the entire expenses.
• Sri Sri Ramkrishna Samity is the sole owner of the Home. Residents of the Home must abide by rules and regulations unconditionally or orders issued by Samity or Management from time to time.
  A resident may ask to vacate the Home for violation of any rules or orders issued by Samity or Management.
  Such a resident will be given a notice of 7 days to explain their position. If his/her explanation is found to be unsatisfactory to the Management, He/she will be asked to leave the Home within a time frame to be decided by the Management.
• In all matters, including those not mentioned above, concerning the running of the Home. The decision of Sri Sri Ramkrishna Samity and or Management shall be final and binding.
• The rules and regulations shall deemed to have come into force from 01-08-07.
